1. Action Plan Marketing Program

Our Action Plan Marketing Program combines print and Internet marketing.  Print advertising includes a “For Sale” sign, “Just Listed” postcards sent to your neighborhood, full-color brochures, newspaper advertisements, magazine advertisements, Open Houses, and a 24-Hour Hotline (which includes a 800 number).  Our Internet marketing action plan consists of advertisements on various websites, including ChicagoTribune.com, Cyberhomes.com, DailyHerald.com, HarmonHomes.com, HomeAdvisor.com, RealEstateBook.com, Realtor.com, Remax.com, and StephanMoret.com.

 

2. Complimentary Home Staging Package

Upon your request, we will send a home staging professional to help get your home in tip top show condition.  At no cost to you, this professional will assist you in enhancing your home and increasing its chances for sale.

 

3. Client Assistance Program

As soon as your home is on the market, we will launch our Client Assistance Program, which provides sellers with weekly mailings containing helpful information about the home-selling process.

 

4. Weekly Seller Update Program

Our Listing Specialist, Francois Moret, promises you a phone contact every Monday of the week to update you on your home’s showings and address any questions or concerns you may have.  Our Listing Manager, Julie Young, will contact you after every showing to provide feedback from the agents showing your home. 

 

5. Seller Activity Report Program

On a bi-weekly basis, you will receive a Seller Activity Report which will educate you on the recent real estate activity in your area, including new listings, price changes, and pending contracts.

 

6. Strategic Business Partners Package

As your Realtor, we will provide you a list of our strategic business partners which will supply you with honest, competent professionals to contact at your discretion.

 

7. Nationwide Referral Network

This program links our office with other agents across the country and your local area, increasing your home’s chances for sale by calling it to the attention of this nationwide referral network.

 

8. Easy Exit Guarantee

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our services, you may ask us to cancel the contract at any point after sixty days.  Upon written notice, we will do so within twenty-four hours of your request.

 

9. Closing Support Team

Immediately after your home is under contract (in other words, you have accepted an offer), our Contract to Close Coordinator, Julie, will be in touch with you to handle all the details that the closing process requires.  Julie will simplify the Closing by staying in touch with you, your lender, attorney, and buyer on a weekly basis.

 

10. After Sale Service Program

Even after the Closing, you will receive excellent service through a monthly mailing program which will supply you with beneficial articles and valuable insight on a variety of subjects, including real estate, finances, and self-improvement.

 

11. Client Appreciation Program

We value our clients even after our commission check is earned, and one reason we show our appreciation for your business is through our Client Appreciation Program.  Directed by our Administrative/Marketing Manager, these bi-annual recreational events are held in your honor.

 

12. Client Testimonial Package

Our Client Testimonial Package will evidence how our clients have responded to our service.  These testimonials will provide proof to back our claim of superior service.
